Feedback from our service users has told us that emotional support from understanding people is extremely important. We have a self-help "Buddy Group" to facilitate this, and a team of volunteer Buddies to provide additional help to those who need it. We are also rolling out a brand new emotional support network for 2025 provided by highly experienced therapists
