Help and Support for Separated Families

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting victims of Domestic abuse & sexual Abuse. We are only able to deal with past cases and are NOT taking on new cases in 2026. See below for Justice.Wales who are taking on new cases for Wales Only.
The charity is in the process of ceasing operations, but currently remains open for pre-existing service users to provide targeted support to individuals referred through professionals for domestic abuse support and will continue to do so until further notice. We are currently not accepting new referrals however continue to operate in respect of existing service users.
New referrals for those not already registered with Both Parents Matter Cymru should register with Justice.Wales (link below) as an alternative service.

Justice.Wales is a Community Interest Company (CIC) having started in 2020 as a project for those who did not qualify for legal advice elsewhere, including other legal clinics, and those who did not have straight forward cases.
The service now provides support in a wide range of situations including specialist domestic abuse & Sexual violence help and support by our qualified IDVA/ISVA team.
Our objective is to seek free legal advice, help and casework for those who most need it.
