We are experiencing a high demand for our services on our helpline. We do not return calls if you leave no message for safety reasons.
To save you time, you can now send a message direct to the Case Advisors who will contact you back.
Please note this is only for Registered Service users with the Charity who have been Assigned to a Case Advisor.
Both Parents Matter Cymru assists parents after separation, especially in respect of non-resident parents with difficulties over child arrangements.
We also provide a specialist service for male victims of domestic abuse especially in the context of fathers and parental separation.
We are particularly keen to recruit volunteers at present, especially to add to our helpline rota and to make outbound calls to service users to take details from them. See "Volunteering" in the header for further information.
