Ways to contact us

Helpline

Phone the number shown in the header (0333 050 6815). The line is manned on weekdays between 10am and 7pm. We operate a triage system. Helpline staff will take some basic details from you. After that you will be contacted by 'phone to obtain more in-depth information about your case.

By video meeting

You may join us by video using your PC/laptop/mobile. Use the drop-down menu under "Meetings" in the header for instructions. At present these meetings are held weekly on Wednesday evenings, 7pm to 9pm, and for all-Wales. This may change in future. 

In person

You may attend one of our meetings in person, when these resume after the Covid-19 lockdowns though they are all suspended at present. There are ten monthly meetings at different locations across Wales, plus two weekly meetings in Neath and Swansea for male victims of domestic abuse. Details of the dates, times, locations and instructions for joining these meetings can be found in the drop-down menu under "Meetings"  in the header.
